FAQ - Return Exchange or Refund


All Sales & Class Registrations are FINAL.  There are NO Refunds or Class Credits for Cancellations or No Shows.

Please treat your paid registration as you would tickets to a theatre or sporting event.  In the event you are unable to attend, you may send someone to take your place.  There is no need to call or notify us of the change.  Your replacement will only need to provide us with the name of the registered participant.

Hobby Hill reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards, to change recipes, or to adjust class limits. It is extremely rare for a class to be cancelled due to bad weather. In case of such cancellations, attendees will be notified by email or text and offered a full refund or credit towards a future class.

Allergies & Special Needs:

When registering , participants must assume and accept the responsibility of notifying Hobby Hill of any allergies to foods, dietary restrictions or other special needs of their self and/or child.

Acknowledgement of RISK(Liability Waiver):

When registering, participants must assume and accept that they will be participating in cooking activities where there is a natural element of risk of injury with kitchen appliances, equipment, knives and allergic reactions. Registering for a Hobby Hill cooking class acknowledges this level of risk to yourelf and/or child while participating in the activities at Hobby Hill.

Photo Persmission:

Participants give permission for photograhs, digital images, and/or videotape of themselves and/or child to be used in promotional or marketing material at Hobby Hill.

 

Physical Items

Returns and exchanges must be reported within 7 days from the day you received items. Personalized items cannot be returned for exchange or credit - they CAN be altered.

Restocking fee (15% of order amount) applies to all returns. Exchanges must be the same or similar items of equal dollar value only

RMA number will be issued on each return case. Any items returned without Return Authorization will be discarded. No credits will be applied. Customers are responsible for the applicable shipping charges for non-damaged items of exchange.

Requesting a Return or Exchange

If you would like to report returns and exchanges, please send us an e-mail at contact@hobbyhillfarm.com 

Indicate your Order number in the subject field. One of our customer service representatives will contact with you via phone or e-mail. A return/exchange authorization number will be given. You will NOT be able to return or exchange without authorization number.

How will the payment be refunded?

Once we receive your package at Hobby Hill Farm, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via e-mail or mail to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Shipping and Returns

We reserve the right to choose shipment via UPS, USPS or Fedex based on the item purchased. Flat rate shipping is the most economical method and will be chosen first unless requested by the customer to ship a faster way.

Please make sure to enter correct shipping address in order to receive items on time. Customer will be responsible for any other charges and fees if address is entered incorrectly. PO Box is NOT allowed for shipping address

Processing and Tracking

When your item is shipped we will provide a tracking number for the customer to monitor the shipping status via selected shippers tracking site. This will appear on an email when your status has been updated to processed.
