This class will teach you how to use cultures in the preparation of Buttermilk, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream and Yogurt.
Each participant will take home samples of products made with these cultured foods.
All the cultured products we cover take approx 12 hours to make with the exception of Yogurt. You will see the start, mid and final version of the products.
