I always look forward to the holidays with the cooler weather and the holiday spirit. I am fortunate to have a Bakery so I have access to so many wonderful foods to suggest to Holiday Gift Givers. My first choice is a loaf of Challah or a delicious Panettone.
Not sure what these items are? Let me explain.
Pannetone : A rich brioche bread filled with raisins and candied fruit. The origin is Milan, Italy.
Challah : Egg Rich Yeast Leavened Bread that is usually braided prior to baking.
Join us as we prepare for the holidays.
What should you bring: Please bring (2) 4quart containers with you for this class to take home your dough that you make in the class.

Loved learning how to use phyllo dough. And making pita bread was actually easy.
Always wanted to try making Baklava, found out its not as complicated as it seems but getting the in person tips on handling the phyllo was very helpful.
Really enjoyed the class. Delicious pepperoni rolls! Will definitely take another class.
