Discover our *New* Sourdough Baguettes and French Spring Soup duJour. This soup is not your average "soup of the day", it is a unique creation that will tantalize your taste buds.
During the class, you will learn how to make your own Baguette dough, which will rise for 12-18 hours and then be cooked in a dutch oven or crock at your home. The tangy, chewy baguettes pair perfectly with the delicious vegetarian soup made with fresh spring root vegetables and barley.
We will use freshly made Hobby Hill baguette dough to shape and bake and then make our soups from scratch using only high-quality ingredients. Each baguette will complement your bowl of soup perfectly.
What to expect: Attendees will enjoy freshly baked Baguettes during the class, take home a batch of freshly made soup, dough to make at home, and directions for both products.
