Welcome to your introductory class on Gluten Free Sourdough.
What to expect: Attendees will take home GF "starter" prepared by Hobby Hill
What to bring: Attendees should bring a 3qt container to take your freshly mixed bread and a 1 at glass jar to take freshly fed starter home.
Attendees will receive directions on how to bake their bed after the Bulk rise.

Loved learning how to use phyllo dough. And making pita bread was actually easy.
Always wanted to try making Baklava, found out its not as complicated as it seems but getting the in person tips on handling the phyllo was very helpful.
Really enjoyed the class. Delicious pepperoni rolls! Will definitely take another class.
